  • Manage and reduce Off Standard time for those process sewing, cutting and binding
  • In charge of the industrial Engineering Department to achieve production lines requirements.
  • In charge of the industrial Engineering Department to coordinates with Human Resources
  • Department manpower requirements and hiring to maintain production capacity.
  • In charge of the industrial Engineering Department to advise IE check production plan with production supervisor and superintendent to make line stable and Drive the efficiency commit of area assigned.
  • Lead team to identify waste in the process/operation and make efficient
  • Set up KPI for Industrial engineering department, drive and monitor to achieve targets.
  • Support industrial engineering to solve problems.

작업 요구 사항

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering.
  • Fluency in English, Good at Lean system & CI Tools.
  • 5-year experience in garment (Lingerie/ Swim Wear/ Sport Wear/ Sleep Wear) business.
