업무 설명서

- Collaborate with JC/GC to plan Account meetings for mining TB opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and ensure excellent service.
- Stay proactive to changing customer expectations, manage key stakeholders, and partner with internal teams for seamless transactions.
- Assist Relationship Managers in promoting and providing expertise on Transaction Banking products.
- Work closely with customers to gather information for detailed analyses, partner with various departments, and resolve incidents collaboratively.
- Support the Regional Transaction Banking team, provide training, and develop presentation materials.
- Assist in structuring deals, implementing products, and contributing to deal proposals while ensuring compliance.
- Maintain accurate customer data, stay updated on industry trends, and support team members in succession planning.
- Align with company policies and contribute to departmental initiatives for business growth.
* Working location: The Landmark, 5B Ton Duc Thang Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

작업 요구 사항

- Bachelors degree in Banking, Bussiness, IT, or a related field.
- Having at least 03 years working in internet banking field. Experience or knowledge in IT is a plus
- Proficient in using internet banking platforms and related technologies.
- Good communication in English and Vietnamese.
- Strong communication skills with ability to influence others using data or analysis to support line of reasoning.
