업무 설명서

  • Responsible for maintaining, backup, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and application
  • Troubleshoot application software (BPCS) and data problems on a timely basis. Receive user calls related to BPCS support and resolves issues
  • Provides functional application support for BPCS and other applications in a production environment and during enhancement and upgrade projects as assigned
  • Maintain liaison with business units, Order Billing… staff and extended support organizations for resolution of BPCS and data problems
  • Assist end-user development of queries and reports of BPCS data
  • Work with end-users to analyze, gather requirements, design, construct and implement applications and interfaces in support of regular business operations
  • Document applications and provide training as needed
  • Ensure that external/internal regulations and policies data management and change management are met, including regulations concerning security, audit controls and privacy
  • Defines and creates test plans, test scripts and test procedures based on requirements
  • Develop training materials for end users

작업 요구 사항

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science
  • More than 10 years working on database DB2 with RPG CL language
  • Teamwork spirit
  • Able working under pressure & time management
