업무 설명서

This role is responsible for handling labor discipline & review related processes & regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Handling labor discipline cases from end to end: receiving records, evaluating, making reports and submitting to Superiors for handling plans and organizing disciplinary actions, participate in handling labor discipline from end to end
  • Review and update current processes and regulations related to C&B under the guides of the line manager
  • Update Organization chart of the company (If any)
  • Other duties as assigned by management

작업 요구 사항

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (Law, Human Resources…)
  • 2-3+ years of experience in the role of Handling Labor discipline
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to provide solutions and consultation for stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and good in writing skills both in English and Vietnamese
  • Proficient in all MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
