RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparing required documents, and legal agreements for all Licensing, Corporate issues, and related company structure matters;

  • Reviewing and preparing Contracts, templates, and other documents;

  • Support for Compliance issues (company health check, procedure);

  • Support for Risk Management issues;

  • Support for Lab operations and compliance;

  • Handling Data privacy and IP issues;

  • Filing dossiers with the competent authorities and assisting with other tasks as needed;

  • Consolidating and systemizing resources of Legal & GA team;

  • Investigating facts and laws of cases and searching public records and other resources to prepare cases;

  • Build new policies, technical tools, and forms (Legal One Page, dictionary);

  • Providing Legal Advice for business partners.

  • Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.

작업 요구 사항

  • Bachelor’s Degree in law (prefer HCMULaw)

  • From 2-3 years of experience, experience in Lab/Healthcare/Pharma is an advantage

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Word, and Excel.

  • Strong oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

  • Critical thinking skills

  • Research and drafting skills.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Organization skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
