Develop and implement our social media strategy, setting objectives to increase brand visibility and attract new followers and potential customers.

Manage and oversee all social media content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and meets quality standards.

Define most important social media KPIs, measure the success of every social media campaign.

Analyze social media data to guide improvements in strategy and increase engagement.

Stay updated with the latest digital technologies and social media trends.

Coordinate with the marketing and designers to create engaging content for our social media presence, including promoting content that increases follower numbers and encourages engagement.

Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.

Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network.

Provide constructive feedback to other departments to enhance our brand’s presence on various social media platforms.

Respond to comments and customer queries in a timely manner.

작업 요구 사항

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.

Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other social media best practices.

Great interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.

Experience in content management and creation.

Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.

Familiarity with web design and publishing.

Degree in Marketing or relevant field.

Background in the financial sector with a good understanding of the financial industry.
