DESCRIPTION:

In collaboration with other ADM business verticals, gather and analyze information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy on the execution or animation of marketing campaigns to create business synergies, leverage our reach and product understanding to support business development.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

As a MARKETING SPECIALIST, you will be responsible to animate all marketing-related activities for various specie segments and products and services of ADM:

  • Marketing strategy and/or planning and/or budgets
  • Market size, trend analysis, and consumer insights.
  • Branding and its architecture.
  • Definition of the target audience.
  • Innovation rollouts.
  • Marketing communication campaigns.
  • Digital marketing.
  • Sales enablement materials.

작업 요구 사항

  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Understanding consumer needs.
  • Financial and Commercial mindset and full comprehension of marketing and sales principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with analyzing big data and making forecasts.
  • Autonomy, independence, and organizational skills.
  • Cross-cultural mindset.
