Industry: Metal Manufacturing/ Electroplating Process / Wires Industry

I. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of new EDM products (Electrical Discharge Machining), become our EDM product line expert

• Lead the development of new DW products (Diamond Wire), become our DW product line expert

• Coordinate the DW BU operations (Business Unit); make sure that every BU member knows what he/she has to do in order to ensure smooth operations of the BU.

II. Tasks:

• Identify the right development path for both EDM and DW (product & process), evaluate resources, and obtain them

• Lead the main development projects

• Ensure that the DW BU team is properly managed on a daily basis (work schedule, daily follow-up, yearly evaluation…)

• Create and maintain a BU production schedule to be reviewed in sales meeting

• Provide BU production lead-times to the sales department in a timely manner. Make sure that we stick to the provided lead-times

• Lead BU quality crisis resolution; identify root-causes and counter-measures

• Set-Up proper BU production capacity

• Set-Up strict manufacturing standards and procedures

• Provide BU RM procurements forecasts to the purchasing department. Coordinate the qualification of new RM sources

• Cooperate with QC to ensure smooth BU quality control

작업 요구 사항

Have experience at the same position in the metal industry, the cable industry

- Experience in actual product design and development is mandatory

- Experience in the metal processing would be a plus. Experience in the wires production industry would be another plus

- Strong technical background of the metal industry, engineering studies

- Vietnamese or expat,trained overseas is a plus

- Good English level, French would be a plus

- From 5 years’ experience above
