Build up detailed long term & short term business plan to develop brand’s e-commerce stores, include: sales strategy, marketing plan, price, promotion, campaign & budget on each platform
Research, develop, and evaluate the online sales programs of competitors to come up with business strategies to boost sales on E-commerce platforms
Establish and maintain relationships with brand
Meet and work closely with brand to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other internal teams (Marketing, Design, Customer Service...)
Report on campaign effectiveness: during and after each campaign
Evaluate each campaign and give ideas for new sales strategies
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Data analysis with strategic vision
Use and continually develop leadership skills

3-4 years in brand companies or E-commerce agencies with deeply e-commerce experience
Experience in branding management
Experience in customer retail management
Experience in communication and working under pressure
Working closely with Platform for an overall strategy in platform familiarity with E-commerce retail environment in Vietnam & Asia (Lazada, Shopee, Tiki, Sendo…)
Knowledge of online technologies and their use in delivering customer and business benefits
Ability to develop relationships with appropriate teams
Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, PowerPoint
Fluency in English or Chinese is a plus
