-Coordinate projects, communicate and follow up on tasks to ensure BIM Standards are followed in all hospitality projects, including new and existing projects
Manage, prepare information, report, emails and meetings for Assistant Director of Food and Beverage in order to manage projects
-Write, translate, train, and implement Standard Operating Procedures for BIM self-operated projects
- Interpretation from English into Vietnamese and vice versa, for Assistant Director of Food and Beverage during meetings, site visits, online conference calls, training, and presentations
-Work with Assistant Director of Food & Beverage in development strategy, action plan, and necessary work to implement changes
-Performing other tasks assigned by the Assistant Director of Food & Beverage
작업 요구 사항
1. Graduate university, majoring in Hospitality, Economics or Business Administration
2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage operation
3. Pre-Opening experience
4. Experience in creating OSEs list
5. Ability to understand, analyse and manage properties budgets, P&L
6. Ability to create Guests journeys, SOPs, P&Ps
7. Proficient in English
8. People Management, Influence, Communication, Decision Making, Commercial Awareness, Planning and Information Analyzing
