업무 설명서

This position will be provided shuttle bus from Vung Tau/ Bien Hoa/ District 2/ Thu Duc City to Nhon Trach Industrial Park (40-50 minutes transportation to our Factory)

  • Providing support and suggestion from process perspective during RFQ.
  • Preparing product feasibility study report.
  • Preparing process flow chart, estimated IE time and custom information.
  • Participating the product and tooling design review and provide suggestion/ideas from process perspectives.
  • Preparing samples according to sample request sheet with the awareness of existing problems; Collecting information during trial-out build for product engineer.
  • Publishing working instructions, BOM, part history etc. on time.
  • Supporting the handover of product development to launch team in pilot run, ensuring all the necessary data are provided and documents are updated, and supporting the launch team and production. until the first pilot run summary Evaluating ECR during development phase and maintain lesson-learned database frequently.

작업 요구 사항

  • At least college degree in engineering/ chemical or related majors.
  • Experience withmanual and automationpainting processsat least 3 years.
  • Working knowledge of APQP, FEMA, MSA, SPC and PPAP is desired
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
  • Also prefer the candidate comingfrom painting/ coating for Furniture/ Ship/ PaintIndustry.
  • Thời gian làm việc: from Monday to Saturday, Note: 2 Saturday off/ month.
