  • Order Project to ODM, Production
  • Issue and Controlling schedule of project.
  • Tracking and keeping OTD.
  • Checking project requirement, Issue the Project lead time.
  • Tracking Schedule of project Keeping OTD.
  • Controlling Engineering team schedule about BOM, Scope.
  • Confirm the material delivery date to arrange delivery time.
  • Reporting to Manager when have the postpone or delay delivery which cause by Material schedule, Production schedule, Design schedule.
  • Controlling the Local ODM supplier schedule.
  • Request solution for improvement lead time.
  • Update all changing of information issued by All Departments.
  • Analyzed information and report.
  • Issues the replace, rework, revise component from sale, Engineering, Installation team to Production.
  • Issue the delivery to Logistics.
  • Supporting CP&A team in calculate Project cost.
  • Supporting FD in statistics data.
  • Monthly Factory report

  • Graduated university with majorBusiness and Administrator / Engineer
  • Minimum 02 years of Planner

Skill:

  • Listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • English in listening, speaking, reading and writing

Experience:

  • Experienced in Excel, Access
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Knowledge Mechanical, Electrical
