International award-winning executive recruitment expert Monroe Consulting Group is recruiting on behalf of the global pioneer enterprises in supplying Digital Solution. Our client is seeking a Sales Manager.

Job Summary:

This position will be responsible for generating and increasing revenues in targeted geographic territory as well as named vertical accounts through direct sales activities presenting Product Intelligence PLM Solutions focused on the Consumer Electronics sector.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Accountable for generating revenue within the designated geographic area, as well as enhancing the quality and depth of executive connections in the area.
  • Take on the responsibility of delivering comprehensive and extensive sales presentations showcasing the complete range of the Companys PLM Solution suite.
  • Lead intricate sales cycles for complex solutions until the successful conclusion of deals.
  • Initiate contact with qualified leads to recognize potential business prospects suitable for implementing the Companys PLM Solution suite.
  • Evaluate customers specific business needs to formulate a sales strategy and suggest Product Intelligence Solutions.
  • Create written proposals and quotes.
  • Prepare business-centric response documents for requests like RFI/RFP/RFQ.
  • Examine requirements and develop solutions for intricate customer business demands.
  • Collaborate with a technical team to ensure a clear grasp of customers technological prerequisites; provide sales guidance to Proposal and Project teams, outlining a winning vision for delivering large-scale, intricate solutions.
  • Exceed set revenue targets through successful sales endeavors.
  • Formulate and oversee a business plan tailored to the assigned region.
  • Participate in industry-specific trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences at both regional and national levels.

작업 요구 사항

  • Preference for Korean nationality candidate who is currently residing in South Korea or foreigners who are proficient in speaking Korean like a native language.
  • Demonstrated accomplishment in selling PLM and/or relevant Enterprise Application software for more than 5 years.
  • Consistently surpassed annual quotas, as evidenced by a strong track record.
  • Impressive presentation abilities geared towards executives, whether addressing small or large audiences.
  • Established proficiency in cultivating new accounts and a history of success in this area.
  • Self-assured with exceptional communication skills across various levels (spoken and written).
  • Expertise or profound understanding of the Consumer Electronics market.
  • Proficiency in crafting presentation materials and formulating responses for RFI/RFP.
  • Capacity to foster multi-level relationships rooted in trust and confidence with customers and colleagues from different functions.
  • Adaptability to swiftly changing technological and business landscapes.
  • Proven expertise in selling software solutions that result in contracts surpassing $200,000.
  • Familiarity with value-based or solution-focused selling.
  • Added advantage of experience in selling MRP, ERP, CRM, SCM, or similar solutions.
