Under the general supervision of the Production Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and supervising day-to-day plant production operations. This includes but is not limited to organizing and assigning work to employees, instructing, guiding, and assisting employees in the attainment of production and quality goals/standards, developing, and mentoring team members, and driving safety performance results that meet and/or exceed company goal and targets. As well, this position functions as a key team member of the Production Department, working to develop operational strategies, policies, procedures, and the management of our human resources in the Production Department.
1. Responsible for all activities of Sorting-Packing and Roasting of Pistachios. Area In-charge for production site – B11
2. Continuous Coordination with Imports, Warehousing, Planning, Maintenance and Shipping teams to execute the production plan of the function. Work closely with planning team to drive day to day operational plans
3. Develop strong team structure and capabilities to empower them in handling production with minimal supervision. Assisting in hiring and training employees
4. Develop full process manual for the function by coordinating with Production/Factory manager. Analyze processing costs and coordinate cost-control initiatives for Pistachios. Conduct labor tracking or production orders and demonstrate accountability for the productivity of the operators.
5. Extend Support in ancillary activities of the business. Extend Support in ancillary activities of the business
Authority:
1. Independent in implementing assigned tasks and complying with company regulations.
2. To be entitled to request and recommend superior to innovation, and improvements in work.
3. To be entitled to request production stop produce and hold finished product when detecting serious incidents in quality until the problem is resolved.
작업 요구 사항
Education:Bachelor’s degree. Majoring in Engineering, Chemistry, Food.
Experience: 04 years of experience in food manufacturing.
At least 2 years of experience in the field of production supervision/management
- English skills: Good communication
- Computer skills such as Microsoft Office, MS Excel, Word, Powerpoint.
- Time management skills
- Excellent communication, numeracy, and computer literacy skills.
- Always keep the end-user/customer in mind.
- People management, supevision skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills, analytic ability.
- Developing good working relationship with team member, managers, other department.
- Good attitude to work and ability to interact with people
- Proved matured knowledge in food manufacturing.
- Understand safety procedures and regulations in the factory.
- Have knowledge of food hygiene and safety, production process
- Stress management
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, BRC is an advantage.
