업무 설명서

  • Manage a team assigned for part of production process.
  • Ensure effective production operation.
  • Manage workers in shift
  • Support & report to Shift Leader / Production Assistant Manager such as: production quantity, productivity, machine operation efficiency and working situation of workers.
  • Control the team to ensure that production plan is achieved on a daily basis.
  • Communicate with other Teams in the process or other processes for adjustment and co-operation.
  • Seek the possibility of production yield improvement and process optimization.

작업 요구 사항

  • College/Bachelor of Printing/Electrical.. or related field

  • Knowledge of the printing industrial (prefer offset, RFID,PFL, HTL),operating machine

  • Have 3 - 5 years experience in manufacturing
  • Can communicate in English
  • Good at team leader skill
