업무 설명서

Ensure projects development could be delivered on time.

  • Make the project development plan based on the development target
  • Monitor and control the facility project milestone and timeline for MEP, Firefighting, coordinate the resource to solve the problem; report the problem timely.
  • Review drawings, documentation, construction method statements, quality control
  • Organize periodical project meeting with internal Business Units and external cell vendors.
  • Publish project development status to cell vendors and internal Business Units periodically.
  • Obtain, manage and review the documents in different steps of project development, including but not limited to: contract, technical spec, technical agreement, NDA..etc
  • Maintenance and update the projects files and distribution to multi BUs internal TTi teams periodically.
  • Track and monitor the resource consumed of the projects and report if any resource shortage.
  • Assist project leader to handle/follow other assignment.
  • Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

    • 작업 요구 사항

    • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical or relevant.
    • Minimum 5 years’ experience with Construction of MEP & Fire fighting.
    • Skilled on PPT reports making and presentation, preferred if the candidates good at MS Project software
    • Familiar with local law requirement of firefighting, construction permit.
    • Skilled in reviewing facility drawings
    • Good speaking English
