업무 설명서

· Take part of the decision for new suppliers.

· Work out improvement activities together with the suppliers and force to fulfill them

· Visit, evaluate and audit suppliers with a team

· Take the responsibility in the complaint management (trouble shooting) by the suppliers in case of actual quality matters

· Support according the escalation levels of insufficient performances

· Support in projects related with new suppliers and partly leading these projects concerning the sub project with new supplier.

· Develop supplier performance.

· Make improvement project with supplier.

· Reporting of supplier quality status and activities

작업 요구 사항

· >5 years experience in Production in machenical process.

· Technical understanding (read engineering drawing)

· Quality awareness (know about ISO/TS 16949/14000/18000)

· Knowledge in QC tools, 5 core tools

· Knowledge in project management.

· Good English in speaking and writing

· Good communication skill.

· Good interpersonal, suvervising, and influencing skill to internally and externally
