업무 설명서

1. Main tasks:

Book the flight tickets

- Book the flight that the Sales Department has ordered or the flight that is suitable for the tour program (for big groups, incentive, luxury, VIP)

- Update the booking on ERP and follow up the deadline

Reconfirm ticket

- Prepare and reconfirm all the flights related to Vietnam destination, and ensure the flight information is correct

- Update any changes/mismatch information to related departments timely to avoid any additional expenses

Issue tickets

- Check the name of clients, the program of Sales, and the flight schedule carefully before issuing the ticket

- Do the payable report on ERP or in Excel

Monitor, supervise, and solve problems arising during the tour

- Pre-check services to make sure all services are reserved before clients arrival;

- Monitor, supervise, and update information and situations of tourists through the tour guide

- Directly solve problems arising during the tour and take responsibility for any problems arising and any additional costs

Update the issues in the issue reports and transfer them to the Quality Control Department

2. Other tasks

- Update and implement all commitments, policies, and guidelines about Sustainability

작업 요구 사항

1. Competency

- Fluent in English

- Fluent in using GDS (1S, 1B, 1A)

- Good knowledge of the Tourism field, Airlines and Tourism Management

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills and strong decision-making skills

- Good presentation skills

- Strong communication skills

- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Strong planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work

- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects

- Characteristics: hard-working, pleasant personality, positive attitude, open-minded, honest, active, and decisive

2. Education

- University: Bachelor’s or Master’s in related majors

3. Experiences

- At least one years of experience in aviation services
