업무 설명서

  • Communicates with management on behalf of the HCEO
  • Assist in developing and implementing plans and goals for the department
  • Work with the HCEO to coordinate and supervise daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies
  • Manages budgets for regular and special programs and expenses.
  • Maintain scheduling of events and represent the company when needed
  • Participates in strategic planning and presides over meetings as needed.
  • Creates and manages the annual calendar of activities such as special events, meeting schedules, and similar projects
  • Create reports and submit them to the HCEO
  • Organizes committee meetings including determining the time and place and drafting and delivering correspondence such as agendas, minutes, and transcripts
  • Fulfill duties as assigned by the HCEO

작업 요구 사항

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks
  • Excellent speaking and presentation skills in English
  • Ability to create and present ideas and budgets in a variety of formats
  • Ability to maintain confidential records
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in related field required; Masters degree preferred
  • Three to five years of related experience required, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of philosophy, mission, leadership needs, and planning requirements of the organization preferred.
