We are finding Talent for Lean Executive who will be responsible for:

  • • Driving improvement initiatives in order to achieve set objective of the initiatives.
    • Supporting implementation of lean culture in order to achieve lean objectives.
    • Preparing and presenting reports (both periodic and ad-hoc) to facilitate lean implementation on management decision.
    • Keeping knowledge up-to-date with regard to business processes.
    • English to Vietnamese Translation supporting to Senior Executive - Lean Manufacturing in day-to-day communication with shopfloor Team Leaders and during the training courses of Lean Manufacturing (MOS)
    • Assisting with written and verbal communication related to announcements (business updates, incentive scheme revisions and updates, HR policies and procedures, etc.)
    • Facilitating for the training courses for Team Leader/Group Leader and other relevant parties regarding to Lean Manufacturing Program
    • Supporting with shopfloor system (internal system) about data analysis; timely and accurate reporting

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Garment Technology, Engineering or related background
  • At least 2 years’ experience at Production/IE Department in manufacturing companies. Garment & textile manufacturing plant is an advantage.
  • Lean experience or 6sigma knowledge is an advantage
  • Good English skills (4 skills)
  • Presentation skills & Communication skills
  • Strong ability in computer skills (Microsoft Office)
