Mô tả công việc

1. Provide practical, timely, high-quality and on-going legal document to Operations entities on M&A, contracts and other legal matters arising from operations, including coordinating with local government.

2. Handle legal projects, corporate secretarial document of the company, sometimes together with external lawyer, including new company establishment, company license update, Merger and Acquisition.

3. Establish best practices for executive team to manage risk in including development of legal toolkits, contract templates and to deliver training to departments and teams on operation-related legal and regulatory topics. Acts as an internal advisor in response to all legal policies, process inquiry and work closely with global and region team.

4. Prepare and review commercial documents including contracts, statements and board resolutions, and participate in negotiation of agreements and other legal documents, such as vendor contract, customer contract, etc.

Yêu cầu công việc

Qualified lawyer, fluency in English,

More than 3 years related working experience in international law firm, famous local law firm, or as an in-house legal counsel in multinational company;

Excellent drafting, oral and written communication, presentation, negotiation, and inter-personal skills (with both customers and internal clients);

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and proactive leadership; Self-initiated

Willing to learn and work under pressure

Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit

Strong service attitude

Knowledge on business practices in Singapore, Philippines, Myanmar, Cambodia, Indonesia, emerging market is preferable.
