Mô tả công việc

- Maintaining and solving the Electric, Mechanic, Hydraulic, Pneumatic equipment and Utility System (Power system, Chiller, Boiler, Air Compressor, AHU) broke down to ensure all machine in the factory working well.

- Lead maintenance team in planning, implementing and recording of preventive maintenance for production machine and utility system, instruct technician in preventive maintenance activity.

- Assign schedule for maintenance team: AM, PM, TPM through CMMS system

- Conduct training for new member and level up skill to all maintenance member

- Checking and rolling out enhance safety condition

- Cooperate and supervise with constructors to complete factory projects

- Manage spare part store.

- Manage maintenance budgets and controlled cost.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in electric Industry, facility management or similar field is preferred.

- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance.

-Japanesegood communication ( ~N3).

- Good understanding of the technical features of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.

- Strong knowledge facilities machines and equipment.

- Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

- Good communication skill

- Able to work under high pressure.
