Responsible for the strategic planning and management of the market activities of all brands in order to accelerate the growth of volume, profitability and brand equity, making it perceived as the most pioneering and aspirational brand in the Vietnam market.

  • Build the annual strategic planning of the brand, involving the definition of goals, schedule of activities and presentation of the plan, and approved by BOD
  • Manage brand performance by monitoring brand performance indexes, market data, internal sales, prices...
  • Manage the brands financial results through P&L monitoring and seek alternatives to improve profitability and volume growth.
  • Launch new packaging and products through validation in research and approval by BOD
  • Ensure the correct implementation of international brand guidelines.
  • Lead the brand storytelling within the development of the brands communication and activation strategy.
  • Development and approval of media plans, ensuring efficiency and achievement of strategic objectives, in all means of contact (TV, Digital, Programatica, Social Networks, Outdoors, Radio, POS).
  • Management of strategic partners such as advertising agencies, consultancies, groups sponsored by the brand.
  • Leadership of the shopper marketing strategy, translating the messages and strategic objectives of the brand to the trade and its multiple points of contact.
  • Management of marketing budget through the approval and monitoring of brand expenses.
  • Manage and develop Marketing team.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • More than 5 years of experience in a similar position. Preferably have worked in FMCG, beer, wine, imported food or luxury products.
  • Priority is given to young candidates
  • Fluent in English (Listening, Speaking, Reading, Writing)
  • Build and have good relationships with partners in Marketing and service providers.
  • Good management, planning, organizing, data analysis skills.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Skills in control, reporting, problem solving, conflict resolution.
