Mô tả công việc

• Conduct a technical analysis and evaluation of Contractors and Consultants during the Tender stage.

• Collaborate with different stakeholders such as project service team, consultants, contractors, and authorities to address any concerns that may arise during the planning and construction phases.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Expertise in building design, construction, and installation.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, including report preparation.
  • Recognized degree by the Vietnam Government in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 8 to 12 years of M&E supervision experience in the construction industry.
  • Ability to plan and implement M&E projects from start to finish.
  • Demonstrated expertise in related M&E projects and knowledge of MEP services.
  • Based in Hanoi with regular travel to project sites.
