Mô tả công việc

Marketing / Sale:

  • Contact with potential client
  • Get feedbacks from clients
  • Support current clients
  • Support for training, workshop, seminar, etc.

Certification

  • Coordinate with IDFL Taiwan / Korea and Japan / China (if any) for subcontracting audit
  • Handle Certification Processes from Application to Certification Completion
  • Create Application Form, Quotation and Confirmation for client
  • Add products for client certificate
  • Renewal certificates
  • Handling client complaints
  • Observe audit as observer to cross-check
  • Document and record control

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Fluent in Mandarin and or Korean
  • College or Bachelor degree (mandatory)
  • Good communication skills, computer skills
  • Pleasant and hospitality personality
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Problem solving
  • Able to listening, understanding and supporting
  • Experience in Textile industry is preferrable but shall be trained onboard
