Roles and Responsibilities

Responsible for overall operations in both Ocean Freight & Airfreight: Proactively manage daily freight forwarding activities of the company including import/export process under all mode of transportation (sea, air, road, train) as well as warehousing, contract logistics…
To be well familiar with AMS / ACI filing process for all shipments to TPS/CAN ports sector.
To be responsible for the operational results and administration of all containers services, traffic and network connections, provide the highest level of service at the lowest cost.
Minimize risk by dealing with vendors and carriers to reduce delays, diminish claims and maintain security.
To be the key contact for carrier negotiation in local pricing.
Handling claims, complaint and queries and proactively following through to resolution for Customer satisfaction purpose.
To check profit and loss (P/L) development of Ocean& Air freight Products.
Responsible for the quantity and good performance in billing and job costing in Ocean & Air freight Operations.
Responsible for the monthly performance data preparation and review.
Responsible for building the team, conducting proper training and task assignment to team members, establishing work schedule, supervising staff & evaluating staff’s performance.
Work together with the sales team for customer relationship management and new service implementation.
Other additional tasks assigned by Management Board.

Bachelor Degree: Maritime / Transportation/ Foreign Trade University is a plus.
Minimum 10 years of International Trade(Import- Exports Air or Ocean) and freight forwarding experience.
Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience.
Knowledge of procedures for international and domestic freight, trucking and Custom Formalities.
Dangerous Goods awareness
