Mô tả công việc

- Work with production Supervisors and Leaders to write Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and Work Instructions (WI) for all processes.

- Train all operators on these procedures and instructions.

- Conduct regular audits to check that operators are really following Procedures and Instructions.

- Update / improve SOP and WI regularly.

- Align processes with headquarters factory in Europe

- Develop new processes for new products.

- Optimize all processes in terms of quality, lead-time, productivity, cost.

Yêu cầu công việc

-Graduated from University

-2-3 years of experience in writing procedures in ISO certified factory.

-Able to read/write/ speak in English

-Able to work efficiently under high pressure conditions

-Highly motivated, very good leadership skills, honest, careful, and reliable
