Work with internal stakeholders to ensure that all requirements are met in a timely manner regarding work schedule, quality, price, and delivery.
Buying machinery, equipment, M.R.O, spare parts,..
Negotiate contracts, improve prices and business terms with suppliers, and consider opportunities for cost savings by using negotiation best practices.
Conduct contract/PO signing, follow up on accurate delivery, and make on-time payments to the supplier.
Ensure a continuous supply of required goods and notify of any supply issues that may pose a risk or impact on the production operations of the factory.
Conduct supplier assessment; Conduct supplier office and factory visits to gain insight into supplier capabilities and refine supplier lists.
Conduct market surveys; Sourcing alternative goods. Sourcing and identifying suppliers of goods.
Maintain and update supplier information such as Capacity, delivery time, and product range...
Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant purchasing experience;Experienced in technical purchasing, MRO, and spare parts... especially experience in purchasing Tetrapak online system. Especially in the FMCG, F&B field.
Preference will be given to candidates who have used the SAP system.
Understanding of purchasing practices, contract negotiation, and compliance.
Willing to go on business trips, and accept new jobs as required by superiors.
Good negotiating, and good relationship management.
Hard-working, careful, meticulous, and able to work under high pressure.
Good computer skills, good Word and Excel software skills
Basic English reading comprehension and response skills.
