Mô tả công việc

  • Ensure all transactions related to scheduling processes in SAP are performed correctly and timely
  • Schedule and deploy material (raw materials and semi-finished goods) supply plan to cover production demand and maintain inventory within the target levels
  • Control the material ordering (PO, STO, …) and receiving within the allowed deviation against the forecast
  • Calculate and confirm the suitable material available date for each item in the order book to satisfy business needs and customer’s request
  • Converting Weekly Production Plan into a daily production schedule based on the best balance between Production Plan and Customer Orders to ensure customer satisfaction and plant efficiency
  • Monitor production orders status, review production performance to ensure timely delivery, flag any backlog quantity, work out the root cause, and solve problems quickly
  • Regularly interact with the Production team to assist production output adherence to a plan
  • Driving weekly meetings with other functions regarding the production issues/technical issues/quality issues, …
  • Responsible for daily changeover schedule, co-ordinate with Production and Engineering team in saving change-over
  • Constant interaction with the Engineering team regarding equipment status for output controlling
  • Responsible for other tasks related to Production scheduling if any
  • To inform Management of any irregularities or problems that require assistance
  • Complete all necessary records and reports in a timely and accurately
  • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
  • Having the authorities within the assigned function
  • Adhere to Company quality systems.
  • Adhere to Company Safety Rules.

Yêu cầu công việc

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, Industrial Management, or relevant.

Experience:

  • Professional experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production planning/scheduling. Having experience in Shipping planning is an advantage.

Leadership experience:

  • Not required
