1. Involve in developing and execute a rolling 12 month product & service communications in line with core marketing and business plans to drive traffic, profitable sales, and engage the target customer with the brand.

2. Develop strategies, ideas and content for intergrated communications campaigns. Planning to produce, edit and manage brand communication content for the company such as articles, speeches, speeches, letters,.... of the company on channels. Be responsible in producingcontent, messages related to products & services& their qualityto get the best Marketing results, to ensure product & services consistency across media platforms, including:

Develop customer, partner, investor & employee stories

Develop contents related to company activities such as digitalization programs, debt-rescheduling programs for customers, etc

3. Work closely with Communications Department to ensure all information on products & services in the News that is identical and does not pose a risk to the Brand

Continuously testing and writing unique, attrative and viral content for blogs, videos, infographics, vlogs, live streams… to build a community around the companys products and services.

4. Develop, implement and update a Strategic Communications, Strategy and Action Plan which must include:

+ Overall strategic approach to communications

+ Social media approach and protocols

+ Branding and marking guidance for all multi-media products

5. Building and organizing the implementation of relevant communication programs and activities, developing the Companys relationship with community groups, voluntary organizations, and potential agencies to connect resources, mobilizing finance to accompany the development of CSR activities of FEC.

6. Create ideas, propose, and organize programs, sponsorships, events, awards in nationwide and abroad to increase the appearance of company brand image and products to the public.

7. Recruit, manage and train all employees of the team

8. Undertake other tasks assigned by upper managers

Yêu cầu công việc

University Graduate – major: finance / communication/marketing/ securities or related majors.

Having a masters degree preferred, or other equivalent qualifications or certificates.

Min. 08 years of working experience in banking and financial service and Investor relations

Min.2 years working in managerial position

Experience in brand marketing and promotions using broad marketing mix 360 including communications via online channels is a plus

Strong expertise in relationship management with track record of building an investor portfolio

Working experience in PR and MKT Communications

Financial services experience and business knowledge are a plus

Language requirements: Vietnamese – native, English – advanced

Computer Skills

Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications

Having knowledge about macroeconomics, banking industry, strategic direction, business development orientation

Understanding investment and finance.

Knowledge of relevant laws.

Skills of analysing and synthesizing information.

Ability to present and convince

Ability to communicate, especially with C level and management level

Ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

Good presentation skills with an eye for the art

Honest, reliable, confidential.

Flexible and cooperative

Accurate, specific, and devoted work.
