Position:Head of North Area - Trưởng phòng Kinh doanh Khu vực miền Bắc - Insurance

Job Code:90119

Responsibility

• Take a responsibility to work with assigned Car dealers in selling branded Insurance service to Car owner
• Manage the sales team to achieve monthly target/quarterly target set by company for South Regional.
• Build the relationship with Car Dealer’s Top Management and Insurance team as well
• Build the relationship with Insurance Branch to support Dealer in solving bad dept and other Claim
• Manage and solve the complaints if any from Dealer and customers regarding product and service
• Support Sales Planning team in other tasks which need involve from insight related to Claim or sales
• Manage and supervise South team including HR and career road map
• Joining the training as a trainer to promote companys Insurance to dealers
• Other duties as assigned

- Working location: Ba Dinh district, Hanoi

- Monthly Salary: 30,000,000～32,000,000VND

- Gender: Any
- Age: 30 - 35
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree, major in Business Administration is preferable
- Experiences:
+ At least 3 years in sales in Non-life Insurance companies
+ Must have experience at Manager Level
- Language: English - Business Level
- Others:
+ Confident, dynamic and very proactive, decision-making and critical thinking
+ Self-motivated, initiative, maintains a high level of energy.
+ Accuracy and attention to details
+ Tolerant and flexible, adjusts to different situations.
+ Can take business trips periodically in North Provinces


- Experience in working with dealers is an advantage
