Position:Building Management Assistant/ Assistant Manager - Real Estate

Job Code:98732

Responsibility

1) Equipment management:
- Building management such as electronics, air conditioning, and safety equipment.
- Communicate and coordinate with sub-contractor
2) Building management:
- Communicate and coordinate with security, cleaning
- Communicate with the construction company, construction management company, and government until construction completion

**Title Assistant or Assistant Manager shall be decided upon the candidates actual ability and experience.

- Working location: Nam Tu Liem Dist., Hanoi

- Monthly Salary: 18,000,000～24,000,000VND

Requirements


・Age: 25-35
・Gender: Male only
・Education: Bachelor or above/mechanic degree is preferable
・Language: English Business Level or Japanese Business level for internal communication.
*Japanese-speaking candidate has to have reading and writing skill for English
・Experience: More than 3 years of experience as building management (managing the equipment or managing the building is fine)


・Having engineer experience
・Knowledge of mechanic
・Graduated from mechanical major
