  • Follow up and book cash transaction
  • Follow up and book sales transaction (issue invoice, manage debt, Customs office, Sale Dept)
  • Follow up and book Visa card transaction, issue ATM card for expat
  • Support to Korean transaction
  • Make cash monthly report
  • Check purchase documents, making payment order
  • Follow up stock, asset
  • Save contracts, Accouting documents
  • Reconcile AR, AP balance with suppliers, customers
  • Perform other tasks as manager requirement.

  • Fluent at MS office(Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook...), ERP system.
