ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Mission:The role and responsibilities of Corporate Development vary depending on the organization current objectives, but generally, CD involve planning and executing strategies to grow and restructure the business, establish strategic partnerships, and/or achieve organizational excellence. Corporate development can have an internal or external focus, depending on the needs and gaps of the organization

  • Corporate development manager fills the role to be responsible for an organization’s growth and development. It is about reorganizing & expanding a business strategically. Work closely & collaboratively together with other departments & stakeholders to analyze & find out best practice to foster company growth & values.
  • Be in-charged of research conducting, analysis, and evaluation to make strategic recommendations including business blues oceans & risk control.
  • Generate strategies that allow the company to enter into new markets, new partnerships, and to engage in fundraise, mergers and acquisitions opportunities. Involve & manage the whole M&A process and have a deep understanding of the industry that helps to spot profitable chances. Provide guidance and support to executives and stakeholders to prepare investor decks.
  • Exploring, learning, and analyzing markets which empowers to make strategic recommendations. Corporate Development Manager is focused on the large, strategic actions of the business, closely working with stakeholder to delivery business objectives.
  • Corporate Growth Management including developing the company’s strategies to enter into new markets, new partnerships, reducing competition, acquiring market share, explore new products & services and promote organizational competitive advantages & sustainable growth as being a “source of innovation”.
  • Propose strategic planning for business growth and navigate the rapid change of business landscape.
  • Generate Strategic plan to handle risks better, leverage core capabilities and resources to entry into new markets faster. Realize inner risks, improve compliance, highlight company unique values & financial health to minimize any unexpected risks.
  • Inward-looking to fill gaps & focus on company product portfolio, strength & weakness & its operation. Outward-looking to apply innovation in different business areas, identifying opportunities for potential growth.
  • Monitor and track strategy implementation, including creating company profiles and analysis.
  • Provide support and project management for a range of initiatives in which the BOD plays a lead role.
  • Screen, direct, respond to, and prioritize calls and correspondence, facilitating the smooth exchange of information as a first point of contact for staff, board members, and external partners.
  • Develop and manage the annual budgets for the CEO’s office.

Requisito de emprego

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors Degree or above in business, computer science, business, finance, or economics or related fields;
  • Advanced analytical skills and the ability to problem solve with experience of putting forward actionable recommendations to senior management based on this analysis.
  • Ability to think strategically. Demonstrated business acumen and deep analysis, understanding of business models, market and industry trends affecting the collaboration and productivity sector;
  • Be scrappy and an effective cross-functional collaborator, comfortable collaborating with teams and stakeholders to solve problems, strive for continuous improvement.
  • A critical thinker and negotiator. Comfortable with business case development, including dilution, depreciation, and closure processes.
  • Excellent in researching, qualitative & quantitative analytical skills;
  • A capability to work in a fast-paced, quickly evolving environment with multiple partners;
  • Have strong presentation, communication skills and the ability to change complex issues into structured frameworks and concrete plans
  • Excellent data analysis, planning and project management.
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Dynamic, adaptableand flexible approach according to business needs
  • Self-aware with emotional intelligence
