Job Description:

  • Ensuring that basic facilities are well-maintained and conducting proactive maintenance daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Ensuring that facilities meet regulations and environmental, health and security standards.
  • Advising businesses on measures to improve the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of the facility.
  • Dealing with emergency issues that arise.
  • Creating plans for replacements and repairs.
  • Developing and managing vendor contracts.
  • Formulating plans for the future (e.g. upgrade paths of equipment and infrastructure).
  • Overseeing and agreeing contracts and providers for services
  • Ensuring that the facility is operating as it should be on a daily basis.
  • Assemble monthly Report and on-site issue/incidents reports
  • Perform basic maintenance

Requisito de emprego

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree (or higher) in Engineering (or related filed)
  • At least 3 years experiences about facility & utility maintenance
  • Bachelor degree or higher level in Maintenance/ Mechanical/ Electrical- Electronics/ Refrigeration
  • Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills (both Thai and English)
  • Be able to work independently
  • Be able to work on emergency requirement
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
