Brief summary of job profile:

  • Responsible for supervising a Store Marketing team to achieve the marketing goals of the company
  • Liaise directly with internal departments to focus on planning and execution of stores marketing strategies
  • Responsible for creating and managing project plans and timelines to deliver marketing campaigns on time and escalate any issues that may prevent on-time delivery

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop store marketing plans as a marketing direction to win business objectives
  • Lead store marketing initiatives as agreed and ensure remain on brand strategy and report on effectiveness
  • Control store marketing expense as business objectives
  • Proactively drive business results through cooperating with partners
  • Liaise directly with internal/external departments to serve marketing objectives
  • Direct, coach and develop staff ensuring high retention
  • Review performances of staff on timely basis
  • Recruit as per cities/district needs

Requisito de emprego

  • 1 to 2 years of in similar position working in Retail or Service Industry
  • Strong project & time management skills
  • Prefer Operation experience/retail desirable
  • Experience in promotion/trade Activation – Event – Sampling – Roadshow
  • Experience in planning, presenting
  • Build solid relationships internally and externally
  • Operate as individual and in team environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in Vietnamese and English
