  • Job Description:

_Flow up the progress of orders.
_Arrange and send sample to customer.
_Support solving claims of clients.
_Create a quotation and submit it to the client.
_Prepare sales contract, shipping document, and follow up shipment.
_Able to retain information quickly to gain a substantial understanding of the job.
_Support of these accounts includes, but is not limited to: data entry, other status, and billing inquires and resolution.
_Coordinate with production planning department to follow up the orders and schedule of shipping.

  • Key Qualifications:

_Confident and flexible in communication and presentation with customer.
_Easy-going, active, organized.
_Able to follow through on task until completed.
_Proficient experienceand understanding of excel.
_Able to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
_Able to communicate in English (Intermediate level)and Chinese (good speaking skill is required).
_Good arrangement and management at work.
_Major ineconomics, foreign trade, marketing, business administration or foreign language.
_College/ Bachelor Degree or above.
