Making new Quotation

1.Coordinate all required information for the preparation of new quotation, including COD, drawing & all necessary documents

2.Set up suitable Quotation process for each period (target: achieve Sale requirement deadline)

3.Build and maintain pricing measurements for decision making processes.

Outsourcing

1.Gather all vendor information for Quotation purpose

2.Coordinate vendor relationship to ensure timely response

QuotationManagement

1.Update master file so as to manage the project cost and lead time

Other tasks

1.Making the Quotation periodic and unexpected report

2.Other requests from the Board of Directors.

Requisito de emprego

•BA degree in related fields (Accounting & Finance)

•Minimum 04 years of experience in Elevator/ others costing

•Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

•Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Good English in listening, speaking, reading and writing

•Proven working experience as sourcing executive

•People oriented and results driven

•Familiar with Factory tools, In-depth knowledge on all components of Elevator in production

•Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
