Descrição do emprego

Be responsible, build up, training and maintaining LCL team and increase volume of existing services.
Research market, make plan and expand business with customers.
Leading Develop LCL Sales network with Sales Team, Local FWD or Overseas Agent, make plan seek for new business, new customers in LCL field to contribute to achieve Team target
Provide LCL feedback to performing and develop New Trade-lanes for own Consolidation Service
Provide marketing reports and anaslyst reports to GM on weekly basis.
Coordination with Customer Service Team, Operation Team, and Accounting Team for delivering excellent service to customers efficiently.
Coordination with overseas agents for nomination & import shipments.
Sale and Advertisement planning for new trades
Provide monthly forecast and business plans to Director.
Reporting, sales & statistical data analysis for business.
Others: will be assigned by GM

Minimum 01 year as same position in Master Consolidation Company, NVOCC, freight forwarding or logistics-related field
Negotiation & proficient in organizing, planning, analyst skills
Enthusiastic and motivated individual with analytical mind on analyzing situation objectively.
