Descrição do emprego

  • Make basic design drawings, tender drawings, proposal drawings and Project Information forms to meet customers’ requirements.
  • Make Bill of Quantities following owner’s drawings for tender and bidding documents preparation.
  • Follow up with Customers and Sales Engineer to get information revision and make changing list (if any).
  • Communicate with the related Departments to solve problem during the projects.

Requisito de emprego

  • Bachelor of Civil Engineering / Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 year of working experience as QS, Estimator, Structural Designer in construction industry.
  • Familiar with AutoCad/ SAP/ Revit is preferred.
  • Having Technical & Tender knowledge is an added advantage.
  • Good English (understand technical documents, direct discussion with foreign customers).
