JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supervise and oversee the Software Development process and teams to provide software, infrastructure, and architecture that satisfies the requirements of customers.
  • Establish and guide the software team to produce customer-facing software products that fully utilize and showcase hardware product.
  • Collaborate with the business team and BoD to conceptualize, design, and execute novel software functions and features.
  • Ensure adherence to continuous enhancement practices as necessary to fulfill quality and time to market imperatives.
  • Guarantee delivery in line with Agile processes across the teams.
  • Collaborate effectively with Product Managers and Product Owners to ensure delivery in accordance with agreed-upon priorities.
  • Implement mechanisms to monitor, handle, and report progress on all software development activities.
  • Responsible for the timely and high-quality completion of software development projects.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain a continuous improvement plan for software development.
  • Work closely with the Product Managers with the objective of fulfilling current and future user requirements.
  • Capability to work independently in a rapid, unstructured environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Over 10 years+ of pertinent and varied technical expertise, primarily constructing, deploying, and running high-traffic applications.
  • You have exhibited proficiency in creating and managing consumer-facing products.
  • Proficiency in crafting expansive systems using commercially accessible software.
  • Adept in technology resolutions, data, safety, and adhering to regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with wireless and electronic technologies, encompassing comprehensive product assistance.
  • Robust analytical capabilities and aptitude to steer crucial judgments.
  • Established history of functioning in a swiftly moving, inventive work milieu.
  • Essential to be exceptionally driven, self-initiated, with a focus on innovation and honesty.
