Purchasing staff is focused on working with suppliers and purchasing material for manufacturing business. S/he also ensures on-time importing raw materials. Senior Purchaser directly reports to the COO & General Director, and works with other teams to achieve his/her duties.

● Raw Material

○ Work with COO on all purchase orders for raw material, composing sales contract, open L/C, and ensure timely receipt of material.

● Subsidiary Material

○ Work with COO and manufacturing team for all subsidiary material ordering and purchasing, and replenishment of stock.

○ Work with suppliers on pricing, quality, delivery time and defective goods.

○ Ensure best pricing, ordering, and delivery.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male/Female
  • B/A degree in foreign trade, business management or related field
  • Basic English in verbal and writing
  • At least 3years working experience in purchasing.
  • Excellent skill of MS office.
  • Confident and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and flexibly
  • Excellent team work skills; organizational skills with ability to deliver a high volume of quality work
  • Creative skills and analytical skills
