At ZumStart, we’re always looking to strengthen the organization by adding the best available people to our staff. We’re seeking a talent acquisition specialist to help us source, identify, screen, and hire candidates for various roles in the company. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, two or three years of experience in talent acquisition, proficiency with applicant tracking systems, and an ability to devise sourcing strategies for potential applicants. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills for working closely with others across various departments.

Objectives of this role

  • Develop and maintaining a quality assurance program, process, SOPs, and infrastructure for the restaurant operation.
  • Evaluate the quality of food served by the restaurant operation.
  • Evaluate the cleanliness of equipment, utensils, and work areas of a restaurant or food service operation.
  • Deal with quality improvement by completing product, company, system, and organizational audits.
  • Establish and implement the Inspection Plan.
  • Determine and ensuring that customer requirements are met.
  • Keep a performance record of quality reports, statistical reviews, and other activities.
  • Assist with the development of policies and procedures to ensure that the food served is safe, of the correct quality, and meets all regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct data & reports analyses and monitors quality measures to set the standard for quality assurance.

Yêu cầu công việc

Required skills and qualifications

  • Have a degree in food science or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of Quality Controlat F&B services company, premier restaurants.
  • Be able to effectivelycommunicatewith all members of the kitchen staff, as well as customers.
  • Good experience in SOPs
  • Excellent data review and analysis skills
  • Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
