Mô tả công việc

  • In charge of checking for the payments from Non-RH customers daily and update the payments to Sales team.
  • Following up the payment position, updating the payment status on statement to escalate to Sales team and Sales directors to have further action to get payment on time.
  • In charge of updating Non RH customers statements weekly
  • In charge of raising deposit/final invoice, debit note and credit note, make sure the consistency and accuracy between statement and accounting system.
  • Prepare wire transfer request and submit shipping documents to Anthropologie.
  • Follow up with Im-Ex team for submitting shipping documents timely
  • In charge of updating, reconciling and sending hospitality statement and the forecast deposit weekly
  • Cross-checking the outstanding receivable balance between the statement and accounting system
  • Settle invoices against money collection done
  • Prepare import template - Bank payment, bank receipt
  • Reconcile monthly Sales and COS in the systems (MRP, RSC vs AX09)
  • Prepare import template - Sales
  • Updated RSG Weekly Revenue Monitoring report
  • AR BU Combine for monthly BoD pack report
  • AR Monthly Balance Report
  • Other duties as and when required by General accountant/Accounting manager/Group FD

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated of University. Major: Accounting
  • English level: Reading and writing
  • At least 1 year experience
  • Computer skill and/or software: Word, Excel, Accounting software
  • Careful, consistent
  • Time management, reporting skill, work under pressure
  • Attention to detail, analytical ability
  • Faithful, careful, consistent, compliance, accountability, resilience, timely
  • Thinking of the improvement on daily tasks, reporting formats
  • Willing to learn new things and support team members
