***Area of Responsibility:

Overall responsibility for general administration including:

  • Visitors reception
  • Courier operations.
  • Secretariat activities support.
  • Office files maintenance and update.
  • Telephone card, telephone system.
  • Manage meeting room.
  • Welfare & event support.
  • Monitoring activities of sub-contract as : security, caterer, cleaning service, driver.
  • Coordinate in arranging year-end party & annual trip for employees.
  • Arrange welcome service for visitors (eg. flowers, gifts, coffee, tea, mineral water …)

Office administration, such as :

  • Office equipment and furniture record and maintenance.
  • Stationery supplies control.
  • Transportation control.
  • Visa applications (Vietnam and overseas).
  • Business travel arrangement (airline, hotel, transport).
  • Car and employee transportation control.
  • Other task assigned by HR Manager.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Education: College or University
  • Experience: at least 02 years in relevant administration field.
  • Good at English skill (Verbal & Writing)
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook.
  • Prefer CV in English
