Mô tả công việc

-Follow up, control production and delivery plan

- Receive new order / arrange and plan material for new order

- Check stock with the same detail and change information for using stock

- Control and handle problems in the production process to take timely measures to meet the delivery schedule.

- Coordinate with production department to solve the problem about product and find out the solution

-Make new Po and contact with Planning team

- Make PI, check price for new PO

-Make test report for new PO and contact with 3rd party

-Check email and reply to Vendor everyday , solve all problem of Vendor order within day

-Make shipping doc and update nego month

- Contact with FWD if need to ship by ocean / truck for local and ship out

- Make request payment for ocean fee /Air fee/ truck fee/test fee

Yêu cầu công việc

- Good English

-vHaving experience in the fabric industry is an advantage
