Mô tả công việc

  • Make business strategies, promote products, ... for the company.
  • Control costs to get the biggest revenue.
  • Build and maintain good relationships with partners, customers,..
  • Company personnel management: salesman, sales staff...
  • Reports on the companys weekly, monthly and quarterly revenue and performance.
  • Work with departmental staff to select, evaluate and approve growth opportunities in the market.
  • To manage and guide the management staff in each area.
  • To plan business strategies for the company and supervise the subordinate staff, manage budgets, expenditures, ...
  • Visit customer and coordinate with other department to settle customer complaints
  • Other jobs shall be arranged by Sales Manager
  • Travel to outskirt by Car then company shall pay hotel and meal allowance

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Male 24-36
  • Graduated University/ Sales & Marketing is preferable
  • Request: At least 3 years of experience
  • Good Presentation skills
  • Good communication in English.
  • Good skill for power point
  • Leadership skills
  • Decision-making skills

BENEFITS:

  • Salary: 15 millions ( allowance base on sales volume )
  • Allowances: As of Company policy
