  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients and partners in the dairy sector.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
  • Manage the sales budget effectively and efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Ensure all sales activities and contracts adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager in the food, beverage industry, preferably in the dairy industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets,
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Vietnam or global dairy market and the B2B sales landscape.
  • Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
