Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with potential clients and partners in the dairy sector.
Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the B2B sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional results.
Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed business decisions.
Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate their value to clients.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics for senior management.
Manage the sales budget effectively and efficiently to maximize ROI.
Ensure all sales activities and contracts adhere to legal and regulatory guidelines.

Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Fluent in both English and Vietnamese.
Proven experience as a B2B Sales Manager in the food, beverage industry, preferably in the dairy industry, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets,
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing sales team.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of the Vietnam or global dairy market and the B2B sales landscape.
Analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
Results-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
