Company provides products and services for offices including Digital Multifunctional Copiers, Printers, Facsimiles, Scanners, Networking Solutions...and managed document solutions.

This position is responsible for the sales manager.
Because they sell the products via distributor, they are looking for a candidate who has experience in distribution business.

■Process Management
└Support manage to plan PSI, Sales Forecast, Sales result analysis. market analysis
■Manpower Management
└Monthiv sale plan and results
■Human Development
└Support manager to coordinate the team tasks
■Human Capacity Building, Team Building
└Support Manager to lead the team
■Coodination
└With factory and warehouse for inbound, shipments and Sales manpower for outbound
■Particular jobs (if applicable)
└Analysis of markets and partners business preferments
Particular jobs (if applicable) Monitor and prepare reports on sales pipelines and process of prospect
Monitor and prepare reports for Purchase.

Yêu cầu công việc

-Bachelor graduate
-Experience in the distribution business, Channel, and dealer management forCopiers, Printers, Facsimiles, Scanners, Networking Solutions products
-English skills.(for business level)
-MS Office Application skills (PowerPoint)
-Business Development knowledge
-Sales Analysis market trend analysis
-Excellent organizational and communication skills
-Strong sense of time organization and urgency
-Able to work independently and within a team
-Attention to detail, Problem-solving abilities

Preferredskills:
-Experience in Manufacturing
-Japanese, Chinese (Mandarian or Cantonese)
-Knowledge about Exporting / Internationa Trade/distribution
-Able to support the growth of the team
