1. Bancassurance Executive (50%)

To drive revenue with allocate for sales channels and models for product lines including but not limited with loan insurance or Non-life products.
Key contact point contact to working with all Insurance company partners
Participating in insurance training programs and coordinating training activities to improve insurance productivity and efficiencies
Tracking revenue insurance sales of all channel, evaluating business efficiency and effectiveness of activities related to insurance products
Key contact point to support system, product, compensation …with all relate department to increase insurance’s revenue

2. Operation Support Executive (50%)

Operate process tasks relating to Sales Planning Department as administrative tasks, internal document, payment…
Manage tasks and performance of admin who under your line
Request improving system to support manual task
Support other tasks assigned by Head of department of Sales Planning Department

- Education level, certification:

University, College Bachelor’s Degrees in related majors: insurance, finance, economic
Good knowledge of Bancassurance products with responsibilities for product development, process, systems management
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in insurance, finance, banking
Good knowledge of sales, services and procedures and the Insurance market
Deep knowledge of Banca products

- Individual Characteristics:

Strong communication skills
Good presentation skills
Self-motivator, who is keen to upgrade, improve personal knowledge and skills to meet job requirements, careful and dedicated in works
Fluent in both writing & speaking of English & Vietnam
